Day 1 MumbaiThe train starts its journey from Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, Mumbai in the evening.
Mumbai - The Indian film city is famous for Gateway of India built in 1911 to commemorate the visit of King George V and Queen Mary for the Delhi Durbar. Prince of Wales Museum exhibits antique articles of art, sculpture, china, rare coins, weaponry and miniatures. Kamala Nehru Park and Hanging Gardens are cool while Marine Drive is the hip-hop area of the town with thee top-notch night life.
Day 2 Jaigadh
Morning arrival at Bhoke Railway Station.
Air-conditioned bus ride to Rai Bhatgaon Jetty for Back Water Cruise to Jaigad Fort.
Bus ride to lunch point and free time to relax.
Noontime sightseeing tour of Ratnagiri town (the birthplace of great Indian freedom fighter Lokmanya Tilak) including Ratnadurg Fort, Lokmanya Tilak Smarak and Ratnagiri Bazar.

Day 3 Sindhudurg
Morning arrival at Sindhudurg Nagari Railway station.

Back Water Cruise through the Tarkarli creek upto Kalse Jetty.
Bus ride to Sawantwadi town to visit 'Shilpagrama' (the craft village).

Day 4 Goa
Morning arrival at Karmali, Goa.
Sightseeing tour of Old Goa including Basilica De Born Jesus, Se Cathedral, Se Cathedral and Church of St. Francis of Assissi.

Day 5 PuneMorning arrival at Pune, ex-capital of Maharashtra.
Sightseeing tour of the city including Mahatma Phule Mandai, Raja Dinkar Kelkar Museum, Sir David Sasoon Synagogues, Osho International Commune, Tribal Museum and Aga Khan Palace.
Light and Sound Show at Shaniwarwada.
Train leaves late in the evening from Pune Railway Station.
Day 6 Aurangabad
Morning arrival at Aurangabad station.
Visit the historical fort of Daulatabad and world-renowned Ellora caves.
After lunch, sightseeing tour of Aurangabad including Shivaji Museum, Aurangabad Caves No. 7 & 8, Bibi-ka-Maqbara and shopping at Paithani, Himroo, and Bidriwork.

Day 7 Ajanta
Morning arrival at Jalgaon Railway Station.
After breakfast, sightseeing tour of Ajanta caves.
Ajanta Caves - The world heritage site, Ajanta caves has 30 Caves dating back from 200 BC to 250 AD. Cut out from volcanic rocks of Deccan India, they are located in the forest ravines of the Sahyadri Hills. Two basic types of monastic Buddhist architecture that can be seen Ajanta are the Chaityas (rayer halls) and Viharas (monasteries). While Mahayana sex related edifices have religious imagery, Hinayana sect have leeprn theirs plain and stark. Train leaves in the noontime from Bhusalwal Railway Station. Lunch onboard. Arrival at Nashik Railway Station.
Visit Panchawati Ghat and Sula Winery Yard, where you are served with dinner and wine.
